Pricing and Currencies<\/h3>\nTour and bundle prices are displayed in Romanian Lei (RON) or Euros (EUR), VAT included. The default billing currency is RON.\n<h3>2. Payment Methods<\/h3>\nPayment is processed through <strong>NETOPIA Payments<\/strong>, which accepts:\n<ul>\n \t<li>Credit\/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard)<\/li>\n \t<li>Secure online payments (3D Secure)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\nWe do not store or have access to your card details. Payment data is processed exclusively by NETOPIA Payments in a secure environment.\n<h3>3. Purchase Confirmation<\/h3>\nAfter a successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email at the address provided when creating your account. Digital Nature<\/h3>\nDrumul lui Pintea is a digital service \u2014 no physical products are shipped. After purchase, tour access is activated automatically on your account.\n<h3>2. How to Access Your Tour<\/h3>\nThe service runs directly in your mobile device&#8217;s web browser \u2014 <strong>no app store download required<\/strong> (App Store, Google Play). After purchase:\n<ol>\n \t<li>Open <strong>app.drumulpintea.ro<\/strong> on your phone<\/li>\n \t<li>Log in with your account<\/li>\n \t<li>Go to <strong>My Library<\/strong> \u2014 your purchased tour is immediately available<\/li>\n \t<li>Download content for <strong>offline<\/strong> use (no mobile signal needed)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3>3. Validity Period<\/h3>\nEach purchase has a limited validity period, expressed in number of days. The exact period is displayed on the tour or bundle page before purchase. Once the period expires, access to the tour content is automatically deactivated.\n<h3>4. Non-Transferability<\/h3>\nAccounts and purchases are personal and <strong>non-transferable<\/strong>. They cannot be assigned, sold, transferred, or shared with other people.\n<h3>5. What&#8217;s Included<\/h3>\n<ul>\n \t<li>Map with marked route<\/li>\n \t<li>Points of interest (POIs) triggered automatically by GPS<\/li>\n \t<li>Audio, photo, and video content at each stop<\/li>\n \t<li>Offline mode for areas without signal<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>6. General Policy (Digital Products)<\/h3>\nDue to the digital nature of our products (content becomes available immediately after purchase), <strong>refunds are not granted<\/strong> after downloading or accessing purchased content, in accordance with legal provisions on digital products (EU Directive 2011\/83\/EU, Article 16(i)).\n<h3>2. Exceptions<\/h3>\nWe offer a refund or alternative solution in the following cases:\n<ul>\n \t<li><strong>Technical defect attributable to us<\/strong> \u2014 if a purchased tour cannot be accessed due to a platform error (not the user&#8217;s device or connection), we will fix the issue or offer a full refund.<\/li>\n \t<li><strong>Payment error<\/strong> \u2014 if an amount was incorrectly charged (duplicate payment, incorrect amount), we refund the difference within a maximum of 14 working days.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>3. Processing Time<\/h3>\nApproved refunds are processed within a maximum of <strong>14 working days<\/strong> from the date of approval. The refunded amount reaches your account depending on your bank&#8217;s processing time (usually 3-7 working days).\n<h3>5.
