- Name and email address — when you create an account or purchase a tour.

- GPS location data — The App uses your device’s GPS to trigger audio content at the correct locations. Location data is processed locally on your device and is not stored on our servers.
- Anonymized usage data — device type, operating system, browser, pages visited, session duration. This data does not personally identify you.
- IP address — used exclusively for technical purposes (security, diagnostics).
2.3. Payment
Payments are processed by NETOPIA Payments. We do not store or have access to your credit card details.

4. Data Storage and Security
4.1. Data is stored on secure servers located within the European Union.
4.2. We implement technical and organizational measures to protect your data: SSL/TLS encryption, restricted access, firewalls.
4.3. We retain personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described, but no longer than 24 months after your last active account use. Accounting records are retained as required by tax law (10 years).

We do not sell your personal data. We may only share it in the following circumstances:

8.3. You may disable location permission at any time in your device settings, but some App features will no longer be available.

The Service is not intended for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect data from minors.
10. International Transfers
Data is stored and processed within the European Union. We do not transfer data outside the EEA without adequate safeguards.
11. Changes to This Policy
We will update this Policy when necessary. We will notify you by email or via an in-app notice.
