Payment
1. Pricing and Currencies
Tour and bundle prices are displayed in Romanian Lei (RON) or Euros (EUR), VAT included. The default billing currency is RON.
2. Payment Methods
Payment is processed through
NETOPIA Payments, which accepts:
- Credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard)
- Secure online payments (3D Secure)
We do not store or have access to your card details. Payment data is processed exclusively by NETOPIA Payments in a secure environment.
3. Purchase Confirmation
After a successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email at the address provided when creating your account. The confirmation includes:
- Name of the purchased tour/bundle
- Amount paid
- Purchase date
- Validity period
- Access instructions
If you do not receive the confirmation within 15 minutes, check your Spam folder or contact us at pintea@viteazul.ro.
4. Price Changes
Prices may change at any time, but changes do not affect purchases already made.
Service Delivery
1. Digital Nature
Drumul lui Pintea is a digital service — no physical products are shipped. After purchase, tour access is activated automatically on your account.
2. How to Access Your Tour
The service runs directly in your mobile device’s web browser —
no app store download required (App Store, Google Play). After purchase:
- Open app.drumulpintea.ro on your phone
- Log in with your account
- Go to My Library — your purchased tour is immediately available
- Download content for offline use (no mobile signal needed)
3. Validity Period
Each purchase has a limited validity period, expressed in number of days. The exact period is displayed on the tour or bundle page before purchase. Once the period expires, access to the tour content is automatically deactivated.
4. Non-Transferability
Accounts and purchases are personal and
non-transferable. They cannot be assigned, sold, transferred, or shared with other people.
5. What’s Included
- Map with marked route
- Points of interest (POIs) triggered automatically by GPS
- Audio, photo, and video content at each stop
- Offline mode for areas without signal

Refund
1. General Policy (Digital Products)
Due to the digital nature of our products (content becomes available immediately after purchase),
refunds are not granted after downloading or accessing purchased content, in accordance with legal provisions on digital products (EU Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(i)).
2. Exceptions
We offer a refund or alternative solution in the following cases:
- Technical defect attributable to us — if a purchased tour cannot be accessed due to a platform error (not the user’s device or connection), we will fix the issue or offer a full refund.
- Payment error — if an amount was incorrectly charged (duplicate payment, incorrect amount), we refund the difference within a maximum of 14 working days.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, send an email to
pintea@viteazul.ro with the following information:
- Name and email address associated with your account
- Name of the purchased tour/bundle
- Purchase date
- Reason for the request
- (if applicable) Screenshot of the error encountered
4. Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within a maximum of
14 working days from the date of approval. The refunded amount reaches your account depending on your bank’s processing time (usually 3-7 working days).
